I created this space as both a journal and a gentle invitation: to share my journey with adult ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and to remind anyone struggling that you’re not alone. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t have to be hidden. It’s something we can unfold together.
Through mind-body healing, spirituality, self-compassion, and trauma recovery, I’ve learned to stop running from my pain and start meeting life as it comes. This blog is my ongoing process of doing just that — embracing the mess, celebrating small wins, and showing up for myself in every season.
